Long Shou Chou (Joe Joe) - Director of Engineering and Asian Operations

For over 35 years, Joe has worked with and developed products for many of the world’s corporations. With his background as a mechanical engineer, Joe leads all operations in Asia and works with the customers and manufacturing facilities to insure all requirements are being met. Joe and his team’s ability to communicate technical information bilingually eliminate a major stumbling block for many companies attempting to conduct business in Asia.

Fred Kesselman - Director of US Operations

Since 1995, Fred has vast experience in all aspects of international business; manufacturing, supply chain management, finance, operations, etc. Fred spent 12 years as the Sales Manager of Entropy International, Inc. where he grew the customer base by developing supply programs specific to each customer. Fred now leads all of Catapult Global’s US Operation, including the oversight of all sales and operations. He earned a bachelors degree from the University of Iowa.
